Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The trial lasts 30 days or until its 50 AI credits are used, whichever comes first. It needs no card and never turns into a paid plan by itself.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta does the billing for WhatsApp, not us. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account, and Meta charges it directly for the messages it bills for. How many you can send is set by Meta's messaging limits, not by your Quvix plan.
Is GST included?
No. Prices are in rupees and exclude GST. 18% GST is added for customers in India.
Do unused credits carry over?
No. Your plan's credits refresh every month of the term and unused ones do not roll over. A 125-a-month plan gives you 125 twelve times, not 1,500 at once. Extra credits cost ₹25 each.
What counts as an active agent?
An agent that is switched on and answering. You can build as many agents as you like; your plan limits how many run at the same time.
What happens when my plan ends?
Plans do not renew automatically. If you do not renew, your agents stop replying and your workspace stays read-only for 30 days, so you can renew or export your data. After that it is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Payments for plans and credits are non-refundable. If you are charged twice, or for a payment that failed, we refund it within 7 to 14 days of confirming it. Read the Refund Policy
